The listed prices are in EURO, excluding a local tax of € 4 per person (for those 15 and older)
Please note that the PitztalCard is mandatory for all guests in summer and will be charged on-site (€9 per person per night for those born in 2019 or earlier). It includes many benefits, such as the use of the cable cars in the Pitztal Valley, access to Austria's highest café at an altitude of 3,440 meters, entry to the XP Adventure Park, and additional discounts with numerous partner services.
On arrival day, you can check into your room starting at 3:00 pm. If you should arrive past 7:00 pm, please let us know. Thank you.
On departure day, we ask that you check out of your room by 10:00 am.
Deductions/surcharges: no refund for non-use of a service included in a package
Pets: allowed only upon request. € 20 per day not including food. We ask for your understanding in that your 4-legged friend is not allowed in the dining room.
In summer incl. Sommercard 2024 and childcare at the Pitzis kids' club from Monday to Friday (depending on the notice board)
Payment of the hotel bill: cash, EC card (Maestro), VP, MasterCard, Visa
Non-smoking: smoking is not allowed in the rooms, dining room, lounges, or bar
