• Arrival / departure:
  Your room(s) will be at your disposal from 3pm on the day of your arrival. In case you plan to arrive after 6pm, please, inform us in advance. Thank you.
  On the day of your departure you are kindly asked to leave the room(s) by 10.30am. For late arrivals and early departures Austrian hotel regulations apply. When you book a package week, no refund is available on late arrivals or early departures.
  
  
• Discounts/Extra charges:
  If you make your booking for bed & breakfast only, we will offer a discount.
  
  
• Local tax:
  Our prices DO NOT INCLUDE the local tax of € 1.50 per person (15 years and older), per day.
  
  
• Pets:
  Only on inquiry!
  
  
• Child care only in summer!
  
  
• Payment:
  Besides cash we take EC cards and major credit cards.
  
  
• Non smoking hotel
  
  
• Travel cancellation insurance:
  You booked today and soon you will leave for your holidays! We are looking forward to welcoming you and have booked the room for you. But sometimes – and mostly with short notice – something unexpected may happen and you might not be able to go on holidays anymore.
